Police responded to the parking lot around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday after a man reported he had been assaulted following a road-rage incident in the Town of Greenwich, said Lt. John Slusarz.

An investigation revealed that the man,  Roderick Ocampo, 45, of Stamford, got out of his vehicle and was yelling at a group of teens who were in the second car involved in the road-rage incident, Slusarz said.

That's when an unidentified 17-year-old teen got out of the second vehicle and began a physical altercation with Ocampo, who was thrown to the ground and injured, police said.

Ocampo was charged with breach of the peace and released. The juvenile was charged with assault and breach of peace.

They are both scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
